It took the settlers of 1880 just a year to build the original Church at a cost of £264 pounds.
They gave what money they could, their timber and labour.
Improvements & maintenance have been done regularly over the years, but much of the building's material is now nearly 130 years old.
It is time for a major restoration project to ensure that our beloved historic Church can be used for another 100 years.
